Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is booked, it is considered a deposit toward your consultation & you will receive an Email or phone call confirming your appointment time.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary, and will always aim to give reasonable notice.
